Support at home, online, and at your health center

*****During the COVID Pandemic, most Family Center programs are virtual. Some home visits and support groups are in-person. Please see our calendar for a complete listing or call 603 422-8209 for more information*****

Parenting classes, parent-child playgroups, support groups and home visiting are just some of the things you can find through the Family Center at Greater Seacoast Community Health. Our programs take place at Families First and Goodwin, as well as off-site locations in Epping and Exeter. We offer warm, friendly spaces to connect with other parents and find the resources you need to support your family.

We offer group and individual programs with in-person and virtual options. There is no charge for most programs and they are open to all. You do not need to be a patient in order to sign up for any family center activities.

Learn about upcoming programs by signing up for our monthly Family Focus Newsletter here.
