Held at Goodwin Community Health in Somersworth, this four-part series will help you think deeply about how you connect and communicate with your children and teens. Activities and discussions will focus on:

Strengthening relationships and resolving conflicts more peacefully
Developing clear and consistent strategies for responding to misbehavior
Understanding children’s brain development and using this information in everyday life
Teaching kids important life lessons like getting along with others, managing emotions and handling disappointment
