Father’s Day 5K
Lace up your sneakers for the 10th Annual Father’s Day 5K on Sunday, June 16, 2019. Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to Margaritas in Dover for a morning of fitness and fun! This June event celebrates Men’s Health Month and invites the public to run and walk for the dads, brothers and sons who touch their lives. Proceeds will help local families access quality health and support services at Goodwin Community Health and Families First Health & Support Center.
Margaritas will set the stage for this one of a kind family-friendly 5K featuring Margarita’s style food and fun! Don’t forget to wear a necktie in honor of someone special or for fathers everywhere! After the race is a Margaritas-style party with prizes, music and breakfast burritos!
DOVER RACE SERIES
Father’s Day 5K is a proud member of the Dover Race Series. Complete 7 of the 11 series races to receive a 2019 race series pullover! Click here for more information and to register for the Dover Race Series.
The race will begin promptly at 9 a.m. Same day registration will open at 8 a.m.

$5 for children twelve and under
The first 200 paid registrations (age 13+) receive a FREE race shirt! We will do our best to match your size request, but we can’t guarantee it.
Pre-registered runners and walkers can pick up registration packets at Margaritas in Dover on Saturday, June 15th from 12:00-2:00 p.m. or Sunday at 8:00 a.m.
Missed Online Registration? Don’t worry! Register at Margaritas in Dover on June 15th from 12:00-2:00 p.m. or Sunday starting at 8:00 a.m. The race starts promptly at 9 a.m.
AWARDS & PRIZES
The overall top male and female runner will win a $50 gift card to Runner’s Alley.
The top male and female in the following categories will win a gift card to Philbrick’s Sports in Dover.
The second place male and female in each category will win a gift card to Margaritas.
14 and under, 15-19 / 20-24 / 25-29 / 30-34 / 35-39 / 40-44 / 45-49 / 50-54 / 55-59 / 60-69 and 70+
There is plenty of free parking courtesy of Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. Police officers and volunteers will be directing traffic and parking.
