We now offer Telehealth for most types of medical visits and all behavioral health (counseling) visits. If you would like your visit to be by phone rather than in person, just let us know when you schedule your appointment. We are strongly recommending telehealth visits for patients who are over age 60, or over age 50 with a chronic health condition. Video visits may also be available.
Services being offered with Telehealth:

- Behavioral health (counseling)
- Recovery Groups
- Certain Dental Services
- Virtual Home visits
- SOS Recovery Services
- WIC and CSFP
- Mobile Health Care Team
