Dr. Buonomano, our Chief Medical Officer, comes to Goodwin after spending 19 years as a rural family doctor at Ossipee Family Medicine, a satellite office of Huggins Hospital in Carroll County New Hampshire.
Throughout her career, she has provided medical services for hospital inpatients, has delivered over 500 babies and has worked with a large community health center in North Carolina, serving a Native American population. Dr. Buonomano graduated from Boston University School of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She is a fellow in the American Academy of Family Practice and has recently participated in the Academy’s yearly medical delegation trip to Haiti.
Dr. Thompson graduated from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1999, and served his residency at the NH-Dartmouth Family Practice Residency Program. We have been fortunate to have Dr. Thompson’s caring presence at Goodwin Community Health since 2002. Dr. Thompson has a unique role at Goodwin Community Health, as the prenatal physician as well as a family physician. This means that he can deliver a baby and continue providing that child’s (as well as the family’s) healthcare all the way through childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. This provides a close, knowledgeable relationship with the families for whom he provides healthcare. Dr. Thompson lives in Dover with his wife and 4 children.
Crystal Bonias is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2003 from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire in 2012. Crystal is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and a member of the New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner Association. Born and raised in Maine, Crystal loves New England. She enjoys spending free time with her family and being active outdoors.
Alejandra Martin, MSPA-C, joins Goodwin Community Health as a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine. Her professional experience includes past work as a Physician Assistant at Goodwin Community Health and the Naval Branch Health Clinic in Portsmouth, NH. She has also worked in Laboratories at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, Path Lab, INC., and the University of New Hampshire. She holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Studies from the University of New Hampshire. She specializes in family medicine for all ages and is Bilingual with native fluency in Spanish.
Gertrude (Trudy) Trumpy P.A. brings over thirty-five years of experience in primary-care and family practice to Goodwin Community Health. She has a special interest in Women’s and adolescent health and recently moved to New Hampshire from Maryland. She earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Maryland and her Physician’s Assistant Degree from Albany Medical College-Hudson Valley Community College.
Paige is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2011 from Husson University located in Bangor, Maine. She has experience working as a Registered Nurse in a variety of healthcare settings including an acute cardiopulmonary care unit, home health, and Goodwin Community Health. She went on to get her Masters of Science at University of New Hampshire and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Program (AANPCP). Her goal is to assist the patient in achieving quality care by providing a positive, supportive, and encouraging provider-patient relationship.
Paige grew up in Northern Maine and now lives in Somersworth with her wonderful dog Wilson. She enjoys listening to live music, traveling, and spending time with her family & friends. Paige provides care for people of all ages but really enjoys working with children and cardiovascular care.
David Lunianski D.O. is a physician, surfer and family man dedicated to serving people in need. He strives to aid patients in alleviating their suffering and restoring a balance of mind body and spirit. A graduate of the University of New England’s Medical School, he completed his Family Medicine Residency training at Brown University in Rhode Island and also at The Fort Collins/Poudre Valley Hospital system in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Monica is a Family Nurse Practitioner that came to Goodwin in 2016. She earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. She has several years of experience working as a Registered Nurse on a busy, medical unit in a Connecticut hospital where she cared for many types of patients including those with arrhythmias, congestive heart failure, pneumonia and COPD. She also has some experience working with pediatric patients in the public school system.
Monica strives to develop a positive, lasting relationship with her patients and values their individual insight when developing a health care plan. She enjoys working with entire families, ranging from infancy up through older adulthood.
In her free time, she loves to read, travel and explore the Seacoast with her husband and two children.
Michael Robustelli, ARNP
Michael is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Previously having been immersed in the financial world of NYC, he became disillusioned with the work. Determined to heal the brokenness around him, he returned to school where he completed his graduate studies at the University of New Hampshire.
He now works with under-served populations focusing on those affected by mental illness. Outside the office, he continues his healing mission through work with his church.
Kevin Zent, MD came to Goodwin Community Health in August of 2011 after spending five years in Family Practice with OB at Greenfield Family Practice in Greenfield, Ohio. Here he also delivered 25 – 30 babies a year at Fayette County Memorial Hospital in Ohio. Dr. Zent earned his MD in 2003 at University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky and completed the Christ Hospital/University of Cincinnati Family Medicine Residency Training Program in 2006. He also holds a B.S. in History from Asbury College.
