School-Based Flu Clinics Are Back This Fall!

With the new school year starting, we know parents have a lot of their plate. Let us take off of those items off for you! Strafford County’s Public Health Network will be offering schools a chance to host a flu clinic this fall to vaccinate their students ages 5-19.

If your school is participating in the opportunity to have your child/children receive a free influenza vaccine in school, a consent form will be sent home from school and it will need to be signed and returned to school. Below are the schools we have scheduled for the 2016 clinics. Please check back regularly as we will be updating the list as we coordinate with schools.
