Great Bay Mental Health Association is pleased to announce the additions of Amy Lepore, LICSW, Adrienne Pierce, LICSW, Roberta Stanhope APRN,PMH,CNS,BC.
Amy Lepore, LICSW
A licensed independent clinical social worker with 14 years’ experience in a variety of settings, Amy has a certificate in addictions counseling and is currently completing final requirements for a master’s license in drug and alcohol counseling (MLADC). Amy especially welcomes individuals with a combination of mental health and substance use issues and is clinically supervised by a MLADC. Amy will work with individuals 18 years or older and tends to use a therapeutic style that addresses the thoughts, behaviors, and level of motivation and readiness of the people with whom she works.
Adrienne Pierce, LICSW
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Adrienne is a “person centered” therapist who believes that the key to having a successful professional relationship is building a strong rapport with clients. Since obtaining her Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College in 1996, her career has included settings like community mental health centers, hospital gero-psychiatric units, emergency services and a residential treatment center. Her focus is on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Psychotherapy to adults and seniors in order to assist them in identifying and utilizing their own strengths and skills. Areas of specialty include Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Posttraumatic Stress Disorders and Adjustment Disorders encompassing life changing events like occupational related stress, medical issues and relationship difficulties.
Roberta Stanhope APRN,PMH,CNS,BC
Roberta is a psychiatric nurse practitioner practicing for 20 years as an APRN, and 10 years prior as an RN. Specializing in providing initial psychiatric evaluations, psychotherapy, and pharmacological management, she is experienced with treating a variety of psychiatric issues including Depression, Anxiety, Mood disorders, PTSD, Grief, and Psychotic disorders. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Boston University and a Masters in Nursing from the University of South Florida. She is practiced in private practice, civilian and military personnel in community mental health, correctional, private, and Federal settings.
Hillary Hartwick, LMFT
Hillary Hartwick is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Her holistic approach allows her expertise to impact the entire family unit as well as the individual. Her specialties include children, adolescents, families, couples and individuals.
Hillary’s therapeutic approach is informed by her own personal practice of mindfulness and yoga. She has specialized training to use these techniques in the therapy setting. Hillary is skilled at joining with you as the client, and helping you to stay present to the moment as a way of strengthening for your future.
