This is an opportunity for you to learn about and provide peer support to others with a chronic illness. Through the Empowering Whole Health program, you can get free training as a Peer Specialist and in Whole Health Action Management (WHAM) to facilitate support groups for people with chronic illnesses. You will be trained and mentored by a nationally recognized program for peer trainers, to enable you to lead peer support groups in whole health skills for self-management of chronic disease.

Peer Specialist Training and WHAM training will occur during the week of October 27, for 5 days.
